The crowd at Wednesday's league test between the Dan River Wildcats (Ringgold, VA) and the visiting Galileo Falcons (Danville, VA), saw Dan River's soccer squad knock off Galileo by a count of 4-1.

The Wildcats now hold a 2-4 record. They play next when they travel to Altavista for a Dogwood test on Wednesday, May 3. Dan River will meet a Colonels squad coming off a 6-0 league loss to Chatham (Chatham, VA). The Colonels record now stands at 1-6.

With the loss, Galileo drops to 4-4 on the season. The Falcons host Riverheads (Staunton, VA) to meet the Gladiators in a non-league test on Monday, May 1. The Gladiators come into the test with a record of 3-8. Riverheads lost 2-1 in their recent league test against Stuarts Draft (Stuarts Draft, VA)
