The Berwick Bulldogs softball team scored 6 runs and limited the visiting Holy Redeemer Royals to 5 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Wednesday.

With the triumph, Berwick improves its record to 9-4 on the year. The Bulldogs travel to Dallas (Dallas, PA) to clash with the Mountaineers in a non-league game on Saturday, April 29. The Mountaineers come into the game with a record of 4-8. Dallas lost 12-4 in their recent league game against Hazleton Area (Hazleton, PA)

In their next game, the Royals clash with the Wyoming Seminary College Prep Blue Knights (Kingston, PA) in a Wyoming Valley 4 game, on Tuesday, May 2. Holy Redeemer will attempt to improve on its 8-4 season record. The Blue Knights come into the game with a 0-10 record after their 16-3 non-league loss to Mountain View (Kingsley, PA).
