C. Milton Wright Mustangs (Bel Air, MD) backers exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Havre de Grace Warriors (Havre de Grace, MD), 3-2 in a league challenge.

The Mustangs now own a 6-8 record.

With the loss, Havre de Grace falls to 5-3 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to Joppatowne (Joppa, MD) to battle the Mariners in a Upper Chesapeake Bay challenge on Monday, May 1. The Mariners enter the challenge with a record of 2-4. Joppatowne won 16-8 in their recent non-league challenge against Academy for College and Career Exploration (Baltimore, MD)
