Maryland High School Softball - Mt. Hebron loses to Long Reach

The Long Reach Lightning softball team scored 8 runs and limited the host Mt. Hebron Vikings to 0 in the Lightning league triumph on Wednesday.
With the triumph, Long Reach improves its record to 4-3 on the year. The Lightning host Hammond (Columbia, MD) to clash with the Golden Bears in a Howard County battle on Friday, April 28. The Golden Bears go into the battle with a record of 0-4.
The Vikings now possess a 1-7 record. They play next when they host Reservoir for a Howard County battle on Thursday, April 27. Mt. Hebron will confront a 'Gators squad coming off a 1-0 league win over Howard (Ellicott City, MD). The 'Gators record now stands at 14-0.
