The Oxford Wolverines softball team scored 4 runs and limited the visiting Seymour Wildcats to 3 in the Wolverines non-league triumph on Wednesday.
With the triumph, Oxford improves its record to 8-3 on the year. The Wolverines host Waterbury Career Academy (Waterbury, CT) to clash with the Spartans in a Naugatuck Valley - Brass game on Friday, April 28. The Spartans come into the game with a record of 3-8. Waterbury Career Academy lost 18-0 in their recent league game against Wolcott (Wolcott, CT)
In their next game, the Wildcats clash with the Kennedy Eagles (Waterbury, CT) in a non-league game, on Friday, April 28. Seymour will attempt to improve on its 6-4 season record.
