The Manor Mustangs baseball team (Portsmouth, VA), was overwhelmed 20-8 in Friday's league outing with the visiting Granby Comets (Norfolk, VA)
The Comets now hold a 8-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Norcom for a Eastern outing on Tuesday, April 30. Granby will confront a Greyhounds team coming off a 20-2 league loss to Norview (Norfolk, VA). The Greyhounds record now stands at 1-12.
Next, the Mustangs confront the Maury Commodores (Norfolk, VA) in a Eastern outing, on Monday, April 29. Manor will attempt to advance on its 2-10 season record. The Commodores go into the outing with a 11-1 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Cape Henry Collegiate (Virginia Beach, VA).
