The Starpoint Spartans baseball team (Lockport, NY), was tipped 9-8 in Friday's league outing with the host Sweet Home Panthers (Amherst, NY)

The Panthers now hold a 3-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Nichols for a non-league outing on Saturday, April 27. Sweet Home will confront a Vikings team coming off a 10-3 league loss to St. Mary's (Lancaster, NY). The Vikings record now stands at 5-4.

Next, the Spartans confront the Sweet Home Panthers (Amherst, NY) in a ECIC II outing, on Monday, April 29. Starpoint will attempt to advance on its 0-3 season record. The Panthers go into the outing with a 4-5 record after their 9-6 non-league win over Nichols (Buffalo, NY).
