The Wheeler Warriors triumphed over the visiting Rocky Hill Country Day Mariners lacrosse team by a margin of 16-3 in Friday's non-league challenge.
The Warriors (2-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Mount St. Charles Academy (Woonsocket, RI). The Mounties enter the non-league challenge with a 3-3 record.
The Mariners (5-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Marianapolis Prep (Thompson, CT). The Golden Knights enter the non-league challenge with a 0-1 record. In their last challenge, Marianapolis Prep was overwhelmed by Lexington Christian Academy (Lexington, MA), 11-5, in a non-league challenge.
