The Cape Fear Academy Hurricanes smashed the host Arendell Parrott Academy Patriots soccer squad by a margin of 8-2 in Friday's non-league match.
The Hurricanes now sport a 15-1 record. They play next when they host John Paul II Catholic for a non-league match on Tuesday, April 30.
In their next game, the Patriots battle the Coastal Christian Centurions (Wilmington, NC) in a NCISAA Coastal Plain outing, on Tuesday, April 30. Arendell Parrott Academy will attempt to move on its 7-9 season record. The Centurions go into the outing with a 9-3 record after their 8-0 league win over Greenfield (Wilson, NC).
