Lake Braddock Bruins (Burke, VA) fans were thrilled Friday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting Woodson Cavaliers (Fairfax, VA), 2-0 in a league challenge.

Next, the Bruins face the Herndon Hornets (Herndon, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, April 29. Lake Braddock will attempt to better on its 7-3 season record. The Hornets enter the challenge with a 3-5 record after their 2-2 league George C. Marshall (Falls Church, VA).

The Cavaliers now have a 0-9 record. They take the field next when they travel to Alexandria City for a Patriot challenge on Monday, April 29. Woodson will face a Titans team coming off a 2-0 league win over West Potomac (Alexandria, VA). The Titans record now stands at 2-5.
