The Lampeter-Strasburg Pioneers crushed the host Ephrata Mountaineers baseball team by a count of 11-5 in Friday's non-league bout.
The Pioneers now possess a 6-2 record. They take the field next when they host Solanco for a non-league bout on Monday, April 29.
Next, the Mountaineers face the Cumberland Valley Eagles (Mechanicsburg, PA) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, April 27. Ephrata will attempt to move on its 4-6 season record. The Eagles enter the bout with a 4-6 record after their 2-1 league win over Altoona (Altoona, PA).
