The Sheldon Huskies routed the host Cosumnes Oaks Wolfpack softball squad by a final score of 20-11 in Friday's league battle.
The Huskies (4-10) will now prepare for their battle against Pleasant Grove (Elk Grove, CA). The Eagles go into the battle with a 13-5 record. In their last battle, Pleasant Grove was routed by Del Oro (Loomis, CA), 3-2, in a non-league battle.
The Wolfpack now possess a 1-15 record. They play next when they travel to Franklin for a battle on Wednesday, May 1. Cosumnes Oaks will meet a Wildcats squad coming off a 14-9 league win over Davis Sr. (Davis, CA). The Wildcats record now stands at 15-6.
