The Jeff Davis Yellowjackets held off the visiting Appling County Pirates soccer squad by a margin of 5-4 in Friday's non-league match.
The Yellowjackets now sport a 13-6 record. They play next when they travel to Providence Christian Academy for a non-league match on Tuesday, April 30. Jeff Davis will encounter a Storm squad coming off a 3-3 non-league Walker (Marietta, GA). The Storm record now stands at 7-11.
With the loss, Appling County drops to 15-6 on the season.
