Spectators at Friday's non-league match between the Bridgeton Bulldogs (Bridgeton, NJ) and the visiting LEAP Academy Lancers (Camden, NJ), witnessed Bridgeton's softball squad prevail over LEAP Academy by a count of 26-10.

The Bulldogs now sport a 2-5 record. They play next when they travel to Absegami for a Cape-Atlantic - United match on Tuesday, April 30. Bridgeton will meet a Braves squad coming off a 8-1 non-league loss to Vineland (Vineland, NJ). The Braves record now stands at 10-4.

With the loss, LEAP Academy moves to 1-5 on the season. The Lancers travel to Cumberland Christian (Vineland, NJ) to meet the Crusaders in a non-league match on Monday, April 29. The Crusaders go into the match with a record of 0-6. Cumberland Christian lost 21-5 in their recent league match against King's Christian (Cherry Hill, NJ)
