The Bridgewater-Raritan Panthers routed the visiting Somerville Pioneers softball squad by a count of 13-3 in Friday's non-league battle.
The Panthers (4-11) will now prepare for their battle against Gill St. Bernard's (Gladstone, NJ). The Knights go into the non-league battle with a 2-6 record. In their last battle, Gill St. Bernard's was routed by Warren Hills Regional (Washington, NJ), 6-1, in a non-league battle.
The Pioneers now sport a 7-4 record. They play next when they host Bound Brook for a Skyland - Mountain battle on Saturday, April 27. Somerville will meet a Crusaders squad coming off a 4-2 non-league win over Belvidere (Belvidere, NJ). The Crusaders record now stands at 7-2.
