Seneca Red Hawks (Louisville, KY) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Brown Bears (Louisville, KY), 16-6 in a non-league challenge.

The Red Hawks now own a 2-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Doss for a non-league challenge on Monday, April 29.

With the loss, Brown falls to 2-4 on the campaign. The Bears travel to Western (Louisville, KY) to battle the Warriors in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, May 1. The Warriors enter the challenge with a record of 1-7. Western lost 21-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Southern (Louisville, KY)
