The crowd at Friday's league match between the Oxon Hill Clippers (Oxon Hill, MD) and the host Douglass Eagles (Upper Marlboro, MD), saw Oxon Hill's softball squad achieve victory over Douglass by a count of 10-0.

The Clippers now sport a 14-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Crossland for a Prince George's County 3A/2A match on Monday, April 29. Oxon Hill will face a Cavaliers squad coming off a 21-4 league win over Surrattsville (Clinton, MD). The Cavaliers record now stands at 11-5.

With the loss, Douglass falls to 0-3 on the campaign.
