Illinois High School Softball - Eldorado knocked off by Galatia/Thompsonville

In Friday's non-league contest, the Galatia/Thompsonville Bearcats (Galatia, IL) softball team overwhelmed the visiting Eldorado Eagles (Eldorado, IL), by a margin of 26-3.

With the triumph, Galatia/Thompsonville moves its record to 9-11 on the year. The Bearcats host Agape Christian (Energy, IL) to play the Knights in a non-league contest on Tuesday, April 30. The Knights come into the contest with a record of 3-3.

In their next game, the Eagles play the Edwards County Lions (Albion, IL) in a Black Diamond East contest, on Tuesday, April 30. Eldorado will attempt to move on its 0-13 season record. The Lions come into the contest with a 17-10 record after their 10-8 league win over Flora (Flora, IL).
