Forsyth Home Educators Hawks (Winston-Salem, NC) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Greater Vision Academy Lions (Gibsonville, NC), 16-0 in a league challenge.

The Hawks now own a 10-9 record. They take the field next when they travel to Oak Level Baptist Academy for a non-league challenge on Thursday, May 2. Forsyth Home Educators will battle a Conquerors squad coming off a 28-0 league win over New Life Christian Academy (Rocky Mount, NC). The Conquerors record now stands at 14-2.

With the loss, Greater Vision Academy falls to 3-8 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Calvary Christian (King, NC) to battle the Cougar in a non-league challenge on Friday, May 3. The Cougar enter the challenge with a record of 1-6. Calvary Christian lost 17-0 in their recent league challenge against Union Grove Christian (Lexington, NC)
