The Fort Defiance Indians softball team (Fort Defiance, VA), was tipped 3-2 in Friday's league test with the visiting Wilson Memorial Green Hornets (Fishersville, VA)

Coming up next, the Green Hornets encounter the Riverheads Gladiators (Staunton, VA) in a Shenandoah test, on Monday, April 29. Wilson Memorial will attempt to improve on its 3-8 season record. The Gladiators come into the test with a 6-6 record after their 12-1 league win over Stuarts Draft (Stuarts Draft, VA).

The Indians (3-8) will now prepare for their test against Turner Ashby (Bridgewater, VA). The Knights come into the non-league test with a 11-2 record. In their last test, Turner Ashby edged Broadway (Broadway, VA), 11-1, in a league test.
