Tabb Tigers (Yorktown, VA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Grafton Clippers (Yorktown, VA), 6-5 in a league challenge.

The Tigers now own a 8-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Bruton for a Bay Rivers challenge on Tuesday, April 30. Tabb will face a Panthers squad coming off a 10-0 league loss to New Kent (New Kent, VA). The Panthers record now stands at 3-10.

With the loss, Grafton falls to 7-5 on the campaign. The Clippers host Lafayette (Williamsburg, VA) to face the Rams in a Bay Rivers challenge on Monday, April 29. The Rams enter the challenge with a record of 0-12. Lafayette lost 25-15 in their recent league challenge against Jamestown (Williamsburg, VA)
