Havre de Grace Warriors (Havre de Grace, MD) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Joppatowne Mariners (Joppa, MD), 13-4 in a league challenge.

The Warriors now own a 14-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Edgewood for a non-league challenge on Monday, April 29. Havre de Grace will face a Rams squad coming off a 11-7 non-league win over Aberdeen (Aberdeen, MD). The Rams record now stands at 6-9.

With the loss, Joppatowne falls to 5-12 on the campaign. The Mariners travel to North Harford (Pylesville, MD) to face the Hawks in a Upper Chesapeake Bay challenge on Monday, April 29. The Hawks enter the challenge with a record of 11-7. North Harford lost 7-3 in their recent league challenge against Perryville (Perryville, MD)
