The crowd at Friday's league match between the Kettle Run Cougars (Nokesville, VA) and the visiting Manassas Park Cougars (Manassas Park, VA), saw Kettle Run's softball squad achieve victory over Manassas Park by a count of 15-0.

The Cougars now sport a 7-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to James Wood for a Northwestern match on Thursday, May 2.

With the loss, Manassas Park falls to 0-7 on the campaign. The Cougars host Brentsville District (Nokesville, VA) to face the Tigers in a Northwestern match on Tuesday, April 30. The Tigers enter the match with a record of 12-1. Brentsville District won 16-0 in their recent league match against Handley (Winchester, VA)
