The Marbury Bulldogs softball team scored 11 runs and limited the visiting Selma Saints to 1 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Friday.

With the triumph, Marbury moves its record to 8-13 on the year. The Bulldogs travel to Demopolis (Demopolis, AL) to clash with the Tigers in a non-league game on Friday, April 26. The Tigers come into the game with a record of 12-12. Demopolis won 4-3 in their recent non-league game against Bibb County (Centreville, AL)

In their next game, the Saints clash with the Dallas County Hornets (Plantersville, AL) in a non-league game, on Monday, April 29. Selma will attempt to move on its 2-9 season record. The Hornets come into the game with a 9-14 record after their 10-9 non-league loss to Keith (Orrville, AL).
