The crowd at Friday's league match between the Northern Potter Panthers (Ulysses, PA) and the host Smethport Hubbers (Smethport, PA), saw Northern Potter's softball squad achieve victory over Smethport by a count of 11-1.

The Panthers now sport a 7-2 record. They take the field next when they host Oswayo Valley for a North Tier match on Tuesday, April 30. Northern Potter will face a Green Wave squad coming off a 10-0 league win over Port Allegany (Port Allegany, PA). The Green Wave record now stands at 1-2.

With the loss, Smethport falls to 3-2 on the campaign. The Hubbers travel to Galeton (Galeton, PA) to face the Tigers in a North Tier match on Wednesday, May 1. The Tigers enter the match with a record of 1-2.
