The Spring Lake Lakers softball team scored 23 runs and limited the host Whitehall Vikings to 14 in the Lakers non-league triumph on Friday.

With the triumph, Spring Lake moves its record to 3-9 on the year. The Lakers host Allendale (Allendale, MI) to play the Falcons in a Ottawa-Kent - Blue game on Tuesday, April 30. The Falcons come into the game with a record of 3-3. Allendale won 3-1 in their recent non-league game against Northview (Grand Rapids, MI)

In their next game, the Vikings play the Ludington Orioles (Ludington, MI) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, April 30. Whitehall will attempt to move on its 4-11 season record.
