Indiana High School Baseball - Decatur Central holds off Perry Meridian

April 26, 2025: Indianapolis, IN 46217

In Saturday's non-league game, the visiting Decatur Central Hawks baseball team scored a close 9-5 win over the Perry Meridian Falcons.

The Hawks (7-5) will now prepare for their game against Avon (Avon, IN). The Orioles go into the non-league game with a 11-2 record. In their last game, Avon nudged Hamilton Southeastern (Fishers, IN), 10-9, in a league game.

Next, the Falcons play the Greenwood Woodmen (Greenwood, IN) in a Mid-State game, on Tuesday, April 29. Perry Meridian will attempt to improve on its 2-7 season record. The Woodmen go into the game with a 4-7 record after their 16-15 non-league win over Indian Creek (Trafalgar, IN).
