New Mexico High School Baseball - Los Alamos defeats Espanola Valley

The Los Alamos Hilltoppers (Los Alamos, NM) baseball trounced the host Espanola Valley Sundevils (Espanola, NM), 16-10 in Saturday's league challenge.
The Hilltoppers now own a 17-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Taos for a 4A District 2 challenge on Wednesday, April 30. Los Alamos will clash with a Tigers team coming off a 12-2 league win over Pojoaque Valley (Pojoaque, NM). The Tigers record now stands at 10-12.
With the defeat, Espanola Valley drops to 5-17 on the year. The Sundevils host Moriarty (Moriarty, NM) to clash with the Pintos in a 4A District 2 challenge on Wednesday, April 30. The Pintos go into the challenge with a record of 9-11. Moriarty lost 11-3 in their recent non-league challenge against Grants (Grants, NM)
