Colorado High School Baseball - Manitou Springs prevails La Junta

In Saturday's league game, the visiting Manitou Springs Mustangs baseball squad scored a good 15-6 triumph over the La Junta Tigers.

With the triumph, Manitou Springs moves its record to 9-7 on the season. The Mustangs travel to Eaton (Eaton, CO) to confront the Reds in a non-league contest on Tuesday, April 29. The Reds come into the contest with a record of 11-6. Eaton lost 6-1 in their recent non-league contest against Forge Christian (Arvada, CO)

The Tigers now possess a 3-13 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Buena Vista for a 3A/2A Tri-Peaks contest on Tuesday, April 29. La Junta will confront a Demons squad coming off a 17-1 non-league loss to Monte Vista (Monte Vista, CO). The Demons record now stands at 6-8.
