Nevada High School Baseball - Sierra Lutheran loses to Pershing County

April 26, 2025: Lovelock, NV 89419

In Saturday's league bout, the Pershing County Mustangs (Lovelock, NV) baseball squad the visiting Sierra Lutheran Falcons (Carson City, NV), by a score of 6-1.

Next up, the Mustangs encounter the Silver Stage Nighthawks (Silver Springs, NV) in a 2A Northern bout, on Tuesday, April 29. Pershing County will attempt to advance on its 8-16 season record. The Nighthawks enter the bout with a 6-19 record after their 14-3 league loss to North Tahoe (Tahoe City, CA).

The Falcons (7-17) will now prepare for their bout against Yerington (Yerington, NV). The Lions enter the 2A Northern bout with a 22-3 record. In their last bout, Yerington edged Battle Mountain (Battle Mountain, NV), 11-1, in a league bout.
