The Sandia Prep Sundevils (Albuquerque, NM) baseball got by the host Ruidoso Warriors (Ruidoso, NM), 18-17 in Saturday's league challenge.

The Sundevils now own a 10-11 record. They take the field next when they travel to East Mountain for a 3A District 4/5 challenge on Tuesday, April 29. Sandia Prep will clash with a Timberwolves team coming off a 6-3 league loss to New Mexico Military Institute (Roswell, NM). The Timberwolves record now stands at 16-7.

With the defeat, Ruidoso drops to 10-13 on the year. The Warriors travel to Dexter (Dexter, NM) to clash with the Demons in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 29. The Demons go into the challenge with a record of 5-12. Dexter lost 19-6 in their recent non-league challenge against Melrose (Melrose, NM)
