The South Lyon Lions (South Lyon, MI) baseball trounced the visiting South Lyon East Cougars (South Lyon, MI), 10-3 in Saturday's league challenge.
The Lions now own a 12-5 record. They take the field next when they host Walled Lake Western for a Lakes Valley challenge on Wednesday, April 30. South Lyon will clash with a Warriors team coming off a 23-6 league win over Mott (Waterford, MI). The Warriors record now stands at 9-5.
With the defeat, South Lyon East drops to 4-8 on the year. The Cougars host Walled Lake Central (Walled Lake, MI) to battle the Vikings in a Lakes Valley outing on Tuesday, April 29. The Vikings come into the outing with a record of 7-6.
