The Eagles now own a 9-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Wilson Prep for a Tar Roanoke 1A challenge on Wednesday, April 30. Warren County will clash with a Tigers team coming off a 14-0 non-league loss to North Johnston (Kenly, NC). The Tigers record now stands at 8-5.

With the defeat, Weldon drops to 1-6 on the year. The Chargers travel to North Edgecombe (Tarboro, NC) to clash with the Warriors in a Tar Roanoke 1A challenge on Saturday, May 3. The Warriors go into the challenge with a record of 0-11. North Edgecombe lost 18-2 in their recent league challenge against Southeast Collegiate Prep Academy (Halifax, NC)
