The Independence Eagles lacrosse squad scored 6 points and limited the host JV Opponent to 5 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Eagles now hold a 3-13 record. They take the field next when they travel to JV Opponent for a non-league challenge on Thursday, May 1.
With the loss, JV Opponent falls to 5-13 on the year. The travel to Jackson-Reed (Washington, DC) to clash with the Tigers in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, April 30. The Tigers go into the challenge with a record of 3-1. Jackson-Reed won 10-3 in their recent non-league challenge against Bishop McNamara (Forestville, MD)
