In Saturday's league test, the Ledyard Colonels (Ledyard, CT) lacrosse team overwhelmed the host Killingly Redmen (Killingly, CT), by a count of 12-5.
Next up, the Colonels battle the Montville Wolves (Oakdale, CT) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, April 29. Ledyard will attempt to move on its 4-5 season record.
The Redmen (0-7) will now prepare for their test against Wheeler (North Stonington, CT). The Lions enter the test with a 2-2 record. In their last test, Wheeler was overwhelmed by Norwich Free Academy (Norwich, CT), 17-16, in a non-league challenge.
