The Anchor Bay Tars lacrosse squad scored 23 points and limited the visiting St. Clair Saints to 1 in the Tars non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Tars now own a 2-6 record. They take the field next when they host Romeo for a Division 1 District 4 challenge on Tuesday, April 29. Anchor Bay will clash with a Bulldogs squad coming off a 16-10 non-league win over L'Anse Creuse North (Macomb, MI). The Bulldogs record now stands at 9-2.

With the loss, St. Clair falls to 4-7 on the year. The Saints travel to Shrine Catholic (Royal Oak, MI) to clash with the Knights in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 29. The Knights go into the challenge with a record of 3-3. Shrine Catholic won 12-2 in their recent league challenge against Bishop Foley (Madison Heights, MI)
