Turpin Spartans (Cincinnati, OH) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Saturday as they saw their lacrosse team achieve victory over the host Archbishop McNicholas Rockets (Cincinnati, OH), 8-3 in a league game.

With the victory, Turpin advances its record to 7-3 on the season. The Spartans host Loveland (Loveland, OH) to play the Tigers in a non-league game on Wednesday, April 30. The Tigers come into the game with a record of 3-6.

The Rockets now sport a 4-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Seven Hills for a Region 8 game on Monday, April 28. Archbishop McNicholas will play a Stingers team coming off a 14-3 league loss to Summit Country Day (Cincinnati, OH). The Stingers record now stands at 2-7.
