In Saturday's non-league match, the host Badin Rams softball team scored a tight 7-2 victory over the Carlisle Indians.

The Rams (14-2) will now prepare for their match against Archbishop McNicholas (Cincinnati, OH). The Rockets go into the Greater Catholic - Coed match with a 7-4 record. In their last match, Archbishop McNicholas tipped Archbishop Alter (Kettering, OH), 13-0, in a league match.

In their next game, the Indians battle the Eaton Eagles (Eaton, OH) in a Southwestern Buckeye - Buckeye match, on Monday, April 28. Carlisle will attempt to better on its 9-12 season record.
