Minnesota High School Softball - DeLaSalle sneaks past Minneapolis Southwest

The DeLaSalle Islanders softball team scored 16 runs and held the visiting Minneapolis Southwest Lakers to 15 in the Islanders non-league win on Saturday.

The Islanders now sport a 4-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Academy of Holy Angels for a Tri-Metro battle on Tuesday, April 29.

With the loss, Minneapolis Southwest moves to 2-4 on the season. The Lakers host Academy of Holy Angels (Richfield, MN) to confront the Stars in a non-league battle on Monday, April 28. The Stars come into the battle with a record of 5-2.
