California High School Softball - Oakdale sneaks past Gregori

In Saturday's non-league match, the host Oakdale Mustangs softball team scored a tight 2-1 win over the Gregori Jaguars.

The Mustangs (12-10) will now prepare for their match against Manteca (Manteca, CA). The Buffaloes come into the Valley Oak League match with a 19-6 record. In their last match, Manteca was nipped by Vintage (Napa, CA), 6-5, in a non-league match.

In their next game, the Jaguars confront the Downey Knights (Modesto, CA) in a Central California Athletic match, on Tuesday, April 29. Gregori will attempt to better on its 15-7 season record. The Knights come into the match with a 1-21 record after their 15-1 league loss to Enochs (Modesto, CA).
