The Intrinsic Mustangs softball team scored 16 runs and held the host Phoenix Military Firebirds to 0 in the Mustangs league win on Saturday.

The Mustangs now sport a 11-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Westinghouse for a Chicago Public White West battle on Monday, April 28. Intrinsic will confront a Warriors team coming off a 22-8 league win over North Grand (Chicago, IL). The Warriors record now stands at 8-3.

With the loss, Phoenix Military moves to 1-8 on the year. The Firebirds travel to Disney II (Chicago, IL) to play the Titans in a Chicago Public White West game on Tuesday, April 29. The Titans enter the game with a record of 3-7. Disney II won 11-10 in their recent league game against Steinmetz College Prep (Chicago, IL)
