North Dakota High School Softball - Williston edges Minot

The Williston Coyotes softball team scored 17 runs and held the visiting Minot Magicians to 15 in the Coyotes league win on Saturday.
The Coyotes now sport a 11-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Mandan for a Class A - West Region battle on Tuesday, April 29. Williston will confront a Braves team coming off a 11-0 non-league win over Beulah (Beulah, ND). The Braves record now stands at 2-1.
With the loss, Minot moves to 9-4 on the season. The Magicians travel to Turtle Mountain (Belcourt, ND) to confront the Braves in a Class A - West Region battle on Tuesday, April 29. The Braves come into the battle with a record of 0-3.
