Alabama High School Softball - New Hope bested by Plainview

The Plainview Bears triumphed over the host New Hope Indians softball squad by a count of 9-0 in Saturday's non-league challenge.

Next, the Bears meet the Madison County Tigers (Gurley, AL) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, April 28. Plainview will attempt to upgrade on its 34-6 season record. The Tigers enter the challenge with a 29-10 record after their 15-0 non-league win over North Jackson (Stevenson, AL).

The Indians (18-28) will now prepare for their challenge against North Jackson (Stevenson, AL). The Chiefs enter the non-league challenge with a 12-19 record. In their last challenge, North Jackson was routed by Madison County (Gurley, AL), 15-0, in a non-league challenge.
