The Orangefield Bobcats (Orangefield, TX) softball nipped the host Pollok Central Bulldogs (Pollok, TX), 2-1 in Saturday's non-league outing.

The Bobcats now sport a 31-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Van Vleck for a non-league outing on Thursday, May 1. Orangefield will encounter a Leopards team coming off a 7-0 non-league win over Trinity (Trinity, TX). The Leopards record now stands at 17-5.

With the loss, Pollok Central moves to 17-12 on the season.
