Marist RedHawks (Chicago, IL) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Munster Mustangs (Munster, IN), 10-0 in a non-league challenge.

The RedHawks now own a 11-0 record. They take the field next when they host Joliet Catholic for a East Suburban Catholic challenge on Monday, May 3.

With the loss, Munster falls to 12-4 on the campaign. The Mustangs host Illiana Christian (Dyer, IN) to battle the Vikings in a non-league challenge on Thursday, April 29. The Vikings enter the challenge with a record of 7-3. Illiana Christian won 11-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Thornton Fractional South (Lansing, IL)
