The Bethel Wildcats baseball team scored 8 runs and limited the visiting New Fairfield Rebels to 2 in the Wildcats league victory on Wednesday.
The Wildcats (8-3) will now prepare for their match against Masuk (Monroe, CT). The Panthers go into the Southwest - Colonial match with a 6-5 record. In their last match, Masuk edged New Milford (New Milford, CT), 9-2, in a league match.
The Rebels (4-6) will now prepare for their match against Kolbe-Cathedral (Bridgeport, CT). The Cougars go into the Southwest - Colonial match with a 0-9 record. In their last match, Kolbe-Cathedral was overwhelmed by Newtown (Newtown, CT), 26-3, in a league match.
