The Eastern Guilford Wildcats crushed the host Southern Guilford Storm baseball team by a tally of 12-1 in Wednesday's league bout.

The Wildcats now hold a 19-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Ben L. Smith for a Mid-State 3A bout on Friday, April 29. Eastern Guilford will face a Golden Eagles team coming off a 14-1 league loss to Eastern Guilford (Gibsonville, NC). The Golden Eagles record now stands at 3-14.
