The Rehoboth Christian Lynx baseball team scored 9 runs and limited the visiting Navajo Pine Warriors to 0 in the Lynx league victory on Wednesday.
The Lynx (18-1) will now prepare for their match against Navajo Pine (Navajo, NM). The Warriors go into the 2A District 1 match with a 3-11 record. In their last challenge, Navajo Pine was overwhelmed by Laguna Acoma (New Laguna, NM), 11-4, in a league challenge.
With the defeat, Navajo Pine falls to 3-13 on the season. The Warriors travel to Rehoboth Christian (Rehoboth, NM) to encounter the Lynx in a 2A District 1 challenge on Wednesday, April 27. The Lynx come into the challenge with a record of 16-1. Rehoboth Christian won 17-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Zuni (Zuni, NM)
