Walton Raiders (Marietta, GA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Tift County Blue Devils (Tifton, GA), 5-1 in a non-league test.

With the win, Walton upgrades its record to 21-11 on the season. The Raiders host Etowah (Woodstock, GA) to battle the Eagles in a non-league test on Tuesday, May 3. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 25-7. Etowah won 9-1 in their recent non-league test against Norcross (Norcross, GA)

With the defeat, Tift County falls to 17-13 on the season.
