The Malden Golden Tornados prevailed the visiting Medford Mustangs volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Wednesday's non-league test.
The Golden Tornados now have a 8-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Greater Lawrence Tech for a non-league test on Friday, April 29. Malden will confront a Reggies team coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Assabet Valley RVT (Marlborough, MA). The Reggies record now stands at 5-2.
The Mustangs (1-6) will now prepare for their test against Pioneer Charter School of Science (Everett, MA). The Panthers enter the non-league test with a 3-3 record. In their last test, Pioneer Charter School of Science dropped by Somerville (Somerville, MA), 3-1, in a non-league test.
